CANCELLATION
Cancellation is not possible after your order has shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange or a return to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- You can return purchased items within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, subject to our Returning a package.
- All charges related to the return of items to TANKstore are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or the faults were from our end.
- Free shipping offer on the item you initially purchased does not apply to the item that it is being exchanged for.
Item must be returned in:
- Unused condition
- Tags still attached and with original packaging
- Completely resalable. [Some items are not returnable]
Refund
- We will not refund the shipping charges paid by customer while purchasing the item.
- We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, paid by customer at time of receiving the goods.
- There is a admin/credit card commission cost of 8% of the final order value ( 4% while accepting and 4% while refunding)
Returning a package
- You must email us at info@tank299.com to obtain a Return Authorization number RA#.
- RA# must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any invoices included. Return merchandise to
299 Co., Ltd.

- No returns will be accepted without a valid RA#.
- No returns will be accepted without a copy of the invoice.
You must wrap the package securely along with the copy of your invoice. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to TANKstore, that will be between you and the shipping agent.
IF YOU SHIP RETURNED MERCHANDISE WITHOUT A RA#, IN USED CONDITION/CARRIED CONDITION, WITH OUT A COPY OF THE INVOICE OR HAVE EXCEEDED THE 7 DAY WINDOW (excluding defective products), YOUR RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.
